Today’s guest is Kathryn McBride, aka KMay. A picture of the two of us together in our senior year of high school is above, but we’ve known each other since seventh grade. While we don’t get too nostalgic, we do wax poetic about Sr. Olla and her infamous LOTTD (see my current LOTTD system below… on a bunch of sticky notes! So old fashion!).

Kathryn McBride lives in Los Angeles, CA with her husband, Matthew, and their daughters, Ava (12) and Maren (9).  She owns her own executive recruiting firm and counts on spreadsheets to keep her on-task while managing the chaos of running a small business and a household of four at the same time!
